You help fund inventory
Donations starting at $10 go toward products for Leni’s sari-sari store.
Our first store · Leni and Sam
Help a widowed mother in the Philippines restock the small neighborhood store she depends on to support her daughter, Sam, and her family.
Our first goal: $500 to put products back on her shelves.
The first $500
We are beginning at zero and will document each step as funds become inventory for Leni’s store.
Every gift moves this first restocking goal forward.

Meet Leni & Sam
Leni runs a small sari-sari store in the Philippines. After losing her husband, the store has become an important way for her to provide for her daughter, Sam, and help support her family.
Like many tiny neighborhood stores, the challenge is not simply finding customers. It is having enough money to keep useful, fast-selling products on the shelves.
Project Sari-Sari is starting with Leni. Our first goal is simple: raise $500 to purchase inventory she can sell, reinvest, and turn into continuing income.
Sponsor a Shelf
You do not have to fund the whole store. Each donation helps move useful products onto Leni’s shelves.
A simple process
Donations starting at $10 go toward products for Leni’s sari-sari store.
Funds are used for drinks, snacks, pantry basics, household essentials, and other products the store can resell.
Those products help generate income through the store.
Inventory sales can help Leni restock and continue operating her business.
We will share progress, purchases, photographs, and receipts when appropriate.
Why sari-sari stores matter
Sari-sari stores are small neighborhood shops found throughout the Philippines. They keep everyday necessities close to home while creating income for the families who operate them.
Before we restock
These real photographs show Leni’s store and the inventory currently available. After the first purchase, we will add new photos so supporters can see what changed.

Why I started Project Sari-Sari
Project Sari-Sari is a personal community project I started to help one small neighborhood store at a time in the Philippines.
Rather than trying to solve an enormous problem all at once, the idea is simple: start with one real family, one real store, and one measurable goal. I was introduced to Leni and her situation through people I know in the Philippines.
The first funds raised will go toward inventory for Leni’s store. I will share what is purchased and what happens next so supporters can follow the result.
Transparency
This is a small, personal project. Supporters should be able to see how the campaign progresses and what their help makes possible.
Start with $10
You don’t have to fund the whole store. A $10 donation can move us one step closer to the first $500 restocking goal.
